Advanced Cervical Dystonia Convention

Pullman Port Douglas Sea Temple Resort and Spa: 30th March – 1st April, 2026

The inaugural NeuroRehabilitation Sunshine Coast Advanced Cervical Dystonia Convention will be held at the Pullman Port Douglas Sea Temple Resort and Spa from 30th March to 1st April, 2026. Registration is open exclusively to accredited registrars and consultants in rehabilitation medicine (physical medicine and rehabilitation) and neurology. The course will focus on identifying muscles commonly affected in cervical dystonia via ultrasound. Teaching will be provided by Dr Warren Jennings-Bell, Dr Jom Jiao and Dr Juan Rois, who have developed expertise in performing ultrasound-guided botulinum toxin injections for spasticity and cervical dystonia.

Registration cost is $1650, not including travel and accommodation. Special rates for accommodation at the conference venue will be available to registrants. Positions are limited and available on a first come first served basis. No injections will be performed as part of this course. NeuroRehabilitation Sunshine Coast accepts applications from accredited registrars and consultants in Rehabilitation medicine and Neurology to attend a 1.5 day workshop to learn ultrasound skills and anatomy for intramuscular injection of botulinum toxin for spasticity. Each workshop is limited to 5 participants. Applications for 2026 will be released shortly.
